Tia's Designs by Theresa Mela - Handmade celebration albums and books for Weddings, Anniversaries, Hen nights, Babies - in fact, anything where you want something special in which to keep some precious memories - Ruby wedding anniversary albums, Silver wedding anniversary albums, Golden wedding anniversary albums, Diamond wedding anniversary albums. We also produce wedding stationery - such as wedding invitations - and wedding favour bags for that special day.

Orders

Terms and Conditions

General

1. All designs are protected by copyright by Tia's Designs. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or part any design shown on this website.

2. Each album/book is handmade and designed by ourselves. We use handmade paper which may vary slightly to the colours shown in photographs.

3. Under the Data Protection Act (1999) information given to us will be held by us and not given to any third party.

4. Confirming an order with us is notification that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

5. We accept personal cheques and postal orders. If you would like to pay for your item by any other form, then please contact us as soon as possible.

6. We shall commence work on your order as soon as this is confirmed by yourself, but we shall not despatch your item(s) until we have received your full payment.

Postage

7. We undertake to give you a firm quote for your postage costs before you place a firm order. Our books/albums can be of varying size and weight and we like to make sure we give you a firm quote for your order rather than quote a blanket amount for the postage.

8. We would ask that you consider having your item sent recorded delivery. This does give some degree of proof should the item goes missing or is damaged by Royal Mail. For this service the Royal Mail charge 72 pence on top of the normal 1st class postage charge.

Returns

9. If you place an order you will see how we work closely with all our customers to ensure you receive a unique and bespoke item. We seek your instructions at each stage of the procedure. We can therefore only accept returns if we have made an error.

10. If we have made an error, please notify us immediately and we shall do our utmost to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. If we are unable to do this, then we shall ask you to return the item and we shall refund your original payment in full.

11. If you find that you have made an error, then please do not worry. Email us immediately, so that together we can try to rectify the problem together and to your satisfaction.
